As all our pieces are custom-made, we kindly cannot accept any returns on any purchased pieces or on deposits. You can always contact us with any questions at info@or-elle.com.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-returnable items
Ready-to-wear pieces are not eligible for returns. In addition, neither custom pieces nor the deposits for custom pieces, nor engraved pieces can be returned. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. During the custom design process we work very closely with clients to guarantee all final details.
